How DINEEASE KITCHENWARE HUB LIMITED handles the information you share with us.
This notice explains how DINEEASE KITCHENWARE HUB LIMITED (“DineEase”, “we”) collects and uses personal information through dineeasehub.ca and when you contact us. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Information you choose to send us by email, phone or the enquiry form, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and the details of your order or question.
- Order and delivery details needed to prepare, reserve, hand over or deliver your items.
The enquiry form on this website does not store your information on our website. When you press “Send enquiry”, your own email app opens with a message addressed to info@dineeasehub.ca; nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, confirm availability and pricing, and prepare your order.
- To arrange pickup or local delivery and to handle returns or follow-up questions.
- For business customers, to keep a record of regular items so repeat orders are quicker.
We do not sell your personal information, and we only share it where necessary to complete your order (for example, with a delivery provider) or where required by law.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers to download them. The “Open in Google Maps” link takes you to Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry and order information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal and accounting obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@dineeasehub.ca or calling +1 (437) 559-2990.
